F.A.Q. (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q:    How does your service work?

A:    First, we establish what type of service would be needed (upgrade, repair, both, etc.) and any symptoms. Usually this can be done over the phone.  Then, a time convenient to you will be scheduled.  Most all service work is completed in your home, and in the rare event that would not be practical, we will take the unit in for service then deliver and connect it when the job is complete.

 

Q:    When I schedule an appointment, will I have to sit around waiting for 4 hours like I do with the cable or phone company?

A:    No!  We try to schedule service calls with a specific time in mind - one that's convenient to YOU.  If the service person will be late, they will call you to let you know.  You will never be left wondering what's happening!

 

Q:    Do I have to be present during the service call?

A:    Someone over the age of 18 MUST be present for the entire duration of the service call.

 

Q:    Can you come in the evening?  What about weekends?

A:    Yes, and Yes!  Even if you need us on Sunday evening, we'll be there - and no, we don't charge extra on Sunday!

 

Q:    When is payment due?  Can you bill me?

A:    Payment is due when service is rendered.  We accept cash, checks and credit cards.  Sorry, we are not set up at this time to perform deferred billing or extend credit.

 

Q:    How far will you travel?

A:    We have an established service area.  We will travel outside that area for an additional fee:  Click Here For Map

 

Q:    Do you offer any kind of warranty?

A:    Absolutely!  We offer 30 days from the date of repair on the work we performed.  We do not, however, cover new problems unrelated to the original work performed.
